My head is literally fuming. I feel heat coming off my head right now. The blood of this loss is on everyone's hands; Tebow, Dan Mullen, Charlie Strong, both the defensive and o-lines (nice tackle by Mike Pouncey of Tebow on the sneak), and most of all Urban Meyer.(I'm playing with fire by going after Tebow because he looked sick on the field. I would not be surprised if he was injured or ill.)
You can forget about dreams of sugarplum faries and BCS titles because it's the Capital One Bowl for these guys. Hate to bring down the room more than it is, but that's the way it is. When Ole Miss exposes you, it's time to reassess your priorities. Sure mistakes were made, but great teams over come them, not add to them (see: kick, blocked).
Normally I'd suggest you get a DD tonight, but not even heavy drinking will erase the stain of this game.

And illegal for me.
Tebow needed to be benched during the third quarter, or in the early fourth. Unless he was injured/sick, it looked like he was not in the game and was acting like he didn’t have to play hard. I’m wearing a Harvin jersey on Monday, cause he came to play.

Ole Miss equals
not nearly as bad as you think. You won’t be the only SEC team they beat this year. They have a shot in every game they play.

I actually wrote for the first SEC roundtable that Jevon Snead was a dark horse, so I feel better knowing he’s a hell of a player. But I’m more upset I drank the Gatorade that this team was going to dominate, including UGA. The difference is UGA is either mature enough or skilled enough to fight off a crappy game (the SC game). Of course, if they lose to Bama, that comparison is lame.
(By the way, if this post does not make any sense it is because I’m so sick to my stomach I cannot see straight. That’s right folks 2 years out of school and I still flip out.)

Thanks, but I'm not buying it
We have a much better team than Ole Miss and simply were out played, out coached and out huslted….at home. This is a really bad loss. On the ridiculous 4th down play, if Tebow steps back and tosses to Casey, he would have walked into the end zone….or now that I rethink that, Casey was wide open, but Tebow probably would have overthrown him by 10 yards.
Urban needs to learn how to score points, jump on lesser opponents and put them away. Don’t defer the kickoff, because we always go 3 and out to start the 2nd half anyway…don’t punt from the 36 yard line….don’t run the shotgun every play….etc. etc. etc.

Definitely not a Tebow-esque game
And I agree it’s a bad loss, but at the end of the season, I don’t think it will look any worse than LSU’s losses to Kentucky or Arkansas last year. Ole Miss is not on your level, but they’re pretty solid. I don’t think this will look like a “bad loss” in December.

Not a good week for the picks. But if I’m going down, I’m glad UGA is coming with me.
